Billy was my next door neighbour when we were kids.  He was one of those irritating people who is good at everything.  Although he did persuade me that the south won the Civil War (ie- the war of northern aggression) so I guess he wasn’t that good at history.  He plays with the Amazing Rhythm Aces and the Bama Band.
